We have the right to refuse service to anyone.

We do not allow minors in the spa unless you’re 15 years of age and getting service.
All minors receiving service must be under the supervision of a parent or a legal
guardian.

For your safety, Zuzace Esthetix (ZE) strongly advises that you do not get a massage and waxing done on the same day. With the exception of underarms, any face waxing services, and the pubic area, such as bikini wax.

All clients, new or returning, are required to fill out an intake form. Service can be
denied if the form is incomplete or if false information is given.
A credit card is required to be placed on file when booking an appointment.
Cancellation of appointment must be made 48-hours prior to the scheduled
appointment to avoid any fees. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the
appointment or if an appointment is missed, a fee of 100% will be charged to the
account. All appropriate fees will be charged as per the Reschedule/Cancellation
fee, regardless of the circumstances.

ZE is not affiliated with Zen Massage and Wellness. Please note that any gift cards, membership program, and discounts issued by ZE can only be redeemed at Zuzace Esthetix.

Cancellation/ No show-Refund Policy
All sales are final. No exchanges can be made for any form of currency.
Cancellations/Reschedule must be given a 48 hours advance notice of scheduled
appointment(s) to avoid any fees. Refund may be limited or declined by ZE management and owners.

Once session begins, you have a window frame of 5 minutes for a 15 min session, 10 minutes for a 20 minute session, and 15 minutes for 30 minute or longer session todetermine if you would like to continue. After the window time frame, you will be
charged full price. No exceptions.

Products: All sales are final. As a dedicated small business, we prioritize your satisfaction and can only accept returns for products that are damaged or defective. If you encounter any issues, please notify us immediately so we can facilitate a swift replacement within 3 days after purchase. We take great care in selecting products tailored specifically to your skin needs and goals, and we believe that great results often require time and patience. Should you experience any difficulties acclimating to a product, we encourage you to reach out to your aesthetician for personalized support and guidance. Your success is our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding.
